Basic habitat, biodiversity, and ecosystem integrity conditions on many forested landscapes in Hawaiʻi are largely unknown due to remoteness or challenging accessibility. Forest Solutions conducts, at client request, general biological assessments, invasive species threat assessments, and fire risk surveys. Areas such as abandoned pasture in West Hawaiʻi may require all three procedures for optimum management, while relatively intact forests on windward slopes may benefit from a limited invasive species monitoring program.
Forest Solutions understands the challenges of managing and restoring native lands. The diverse operational requirements and dedication many of our clients encounter in addition to their resource management needs. Forest Solutions currently assist clients with long and short term management plans, coordinating various projects; data collects, and report writing. We are able to assist clients with their needs and help with professional suggestions.
